I replaced the battery in my Mac and now am unable to boot back to the drive I was using (SSD in bay 1). I am running from a Carbon Copy clone at the moment but it is over a week old. The booting process always stops at the same place (I am using latebloom so I have the -v option on). Mojave and this backup boot fine. Can anyone see from the verbose list what the problem might be? I would hate to have to erase it and start again!

Tried disk first aid, a four chime NVRAM reset, SIP off again via mojave and then re-blessing opencore EFI after that but still no joy.

Thanks.
