Unable to boot windows after bootcamp partition increase

I made a backup of my windows 7 partition with winclone, but after deleting the old partition, making a bigger partition with bootcamp, and restoring the windows 7 data to the new partition, there is no option for windows on the start up screen.

Should I have done something to the new partition before restoring it with winclone?
