Unable to change country or region

I've moved to a new country and I'm unable to try change the store. I get the error "You have rentals that have not expired". My rental movie has expired coz I finished watching it and also it does not show in my videos list of my iPad. I need to purchase and app and I can't use my old credit card coz its not valid anymore.

Anybody has any tips?

Hi,

If I move to another country, what will happen to my itunes purchases? Can I access them in another country? Please let me know.

I think its a bug with the rentals when changing the store. A similar shout for help on Apple's discussions went unanswered.
