Since updating to El Capitan I cannot change the Default E-Mail Reader in Apple Mail. 3rd-party E-Mail-Clients (I tried with Mailplane and Mia for Gmail) seem get ignored and after restarting Apple Mail the option gets reseted. Do anyone else experience this problem?

I was experiencing this very same issue with Mailplane, but a simple computer restart did the trick.
