Resolved "Unable to Check for Update" 5.3.1

Trying to update my Apple Watch and I am getting the message, "Unable to Check for Update...you are not connected to the Internet". But the thing is, I am...? This has come after updating my iPhone to 12.4.1

Ok so try to reset Network Settings in General>Reset>Reset Network Settings to get the update to download.

Tried that as well. Still doesn't work.
