I can't get my WiFi store to recognize my iTunes account. I can't use my own iBook G4 with my iPhone because it's still running 10.3.9 and I'm waiting for Leopard. So I have used other people's computers to activate the phone and update it 1.1.1...Now I want the WiFi store to work since I'm unable to add any of my own music to my iPhone, but when I dock it and log into iTunes on the other computers it doesn't activate the account on the phone. How do I do this?

Not sure but I think you have to authorize that computer. I think it is under tools or one of the menu items. You should find it easy.
