I downloaded sixtyforce a while ago, and it says it's unable to delete because the program is in use, when it's not.
it's not the program thats left, but the Applications picture (with the paper ruler pencil and paintbrush) and it has a big cross through it that wont let me delete it

so annoying, help me :(

Go to your Activity Monitor (in your Applications/Utilities folder) and look to see if the process is still running... if so, you can quit the process.

If you have trouble with the above idea, just do a reboot and it should ensure it's not started up as long as it doesn't have any auto-launch items.

I did the activity monitor and it said that it wasn't running and it didn't work still. I'll try the reboot, althought I've rebooted my computer before and it still wouldn't delete :(

Did you make sure to select "All processes" in Activity Monitor? Did you sort by Process name? It's also possible that if there's a running process, that it doesn't have sixtyforce in the name.

Also, if you can grab a quick screen grab of the,
Applications picture (with the paper ruler pencil and paintbrush) and it has a big cross through it
it may help ring a bell. I'm not complete sure what you're describing.
