Unable to delete movies from iPad; Bug?

My wife was streaming some videos on the iPad this week. They started stuttering and quitting playback randomly. Looking in the settings I noticed that I'm using 53.2GB but what data shows doesn't anywhere near account for that. It appears that the movies that were streamed have not removed themselves from the iPad and are consuming this space. I am not able to delete the movies that it has stored on my iPad. Any ideas, or is this just a bug in the OS that I will have to wait to get fixed? iOS 7.0.4

P.S. The "Show All Videos" is off in the Videos settings.

The little Cloud symbol means they are not downloaded and are in the cloud, thus not taking up any space on the iPad. To turn this off, go to Settings > Video > Show All Videos.

Just updated the original post. We have 200+ movies in iCloud. So that setting is definitely off. Also, I have tried killing all apps and rebooting the device but the issue still persists.

Disregard... I went into the settings -> general -> usage for like the 90th time and the movies showed up and i was able to delete them. I'm not crazy, I swear.

As requested. Don't be too jealous though. According to AMEX I spent $2,254.58 on iTunes last year! The ATV makes it too easy to spend.

Actually they are, sort of. Streaming still downloads a buffer, which should dump automatically. But it doesn't always. That could be the reason for the mystery missing storage
