Unable to delete this glitched app

I can't get this app to delete, I have tried deleting in settings>usage> manage storage
As well as on iTunes. I have also powered on off and restarted and synced and still no joy

I'm running iOS 8.1 with iPhone 6 4.7"

Can't really help you, but I can say that I had 2 corrupted songs which acted the same way... could NOT be deleted in ANY way from my phone. Even deleting all of my music from the Usage screen left them there. My solution in the end was to Restore my phone in iTunes. That finally solved it, but was rather time consuming.
