Hey everyone
A few months ago I gave my boyfriend my 5 year old G4 Power Mac. Since he has had it he has not been able to download anything. There are no error messages or anything like that, it just wont download applications, music, whatever.
I think it might be something with the firewall but I never changed anything and I never had problems downloading stuff when I had it.
Any suggestions?

I'm guessing going around iTunes store, and surfing the web is fine, just downloading something using the iTunes store or something off the web just doesn't bring up the download window. Which OSX is it, 10.3, 10.4, or 10.5? Is the computer on the same connection or did it move to his place with a different type of connection? Did he just continue to use your username or did he create his own? Check permissions? Does the OS drive have enough room, or is it getting low on space?
