"Unable to download application"?

I tried downloading an app but got a message which read:
"Unable to download application". I thought waiting might help but it didn't. I have an iPhone 4S and I have owned it for about a year or so. This didn't happen before.

ok how big is the app? what country are you in? are you on wifi?

I'm from Malaysia, and the app isn't that big, like about 41.1MB? I am using WIFI and I can't download other apps too.

Are you properly logged into your App Store? Is there a restriction in the settings menu prohibiting you from downloading apps?

I am properly logged in and there's no restrictions at all.
