Recently, I've been unable to download or update my apps through any of my Apple devices: MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone5, iPod. I am able to make purchases but I am unable to download the apps. Same issue for updates to existing apps.

I've searched the web and other forums. Some forums have suggested downloading the app "Trash It" for error code 8003 issues. I've tried that but it still doesn't work.

I also use a Cisco router. Would that be the source of the problem? I haven't had these issues before. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Seems to be an issue with Cisco/linksys routers blocking cookies.

Have a look here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4516633?start=0&tstart=0

Thank you Swiss-G. I do remember switching the cookies filter on just after New Year's on my router. Switching the cookies filter off did the trick. I am now able to download my apps again.

Thank you very, very much. You were a great help.
