Unable to download item (Bug)

I keep getting an error message in iOS 8 that pops up at random, and says "Unable to download item" and gives me the options to "Retry" or "Close". I've searched around trying to find a fix for this, and have come up with nothing. Anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a fix?

Yes!!! This is the only complaint I really have with my 6+... I'm still on IOS 8.. I do not upgrade my phones software for a month or so after update is available. Lol
This is the first I've heard of anyone having this issue. Lol..
