Hi guys,
I found after upgrading to El Capitan that I cannot use some of my Nikon software (View NX2 & Capture NX2) and decided to switch back to Mavericks. Unfortunately before realizing this, I had bull dozed the Mavericks back up with El Capitan back up (don't ask my why). However I didn't know that Migration Assistant cannot retrieve the data from drives with more recent osx. So I manually transferred the data and downloaded all the apps. However the only problem is with the apps purchased from Apple App Store. All those apps are showing installed and 'greyed out' and I am unable to download again (Temperature gauge, Blackmagic Speed test, Logitech camera settings, Evernote, mp3TrueEdit, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie).

I'll appreciate if you could help downloading those apps. Should I just copy/paste those apps from El Capitan application folder?

Try this first -- one at a time -- and see if it works for you...

I suspect Pages, Numbers and Keynote are the least likely to work unless you have iWork 09 which is compatible with Mavericks.

If copying them wont work then the next option is to dismount the drive that has them installed and downloading previous versions from App Store.
