Unable to establish an Internet connection

So I have been having this problem with my MacBook as of the last few days. Originally, my Mac mini would connect to wifi, and the connection was slow. After changing the gate on my router everything worked fine. Now my MacBook wont connect to my xfinity router. Mind you everything (ps3, iPhones, mini, android phone, etc.) connects just fine. I bring it the macbook to apple and it connects instantly to their wifi and I can browse websites. Apple assures me that the computer is fine. I test it at my uncles house and again I connect perfectly. It's only on my home network that this particular computer will connect to wifi, but is unable to browse on any browser. I'm so frustrated, because Comcast says that I need to pay extra for advanced tech support. Any one have any ideas as to what may be wrong?

Disable the comcast router firewall and do not touch the firewall settings on the mac, leave them as they are and this should solve your issue.
