generally i download videos from safari browser but from last week i came up with a problem. I am no longer able to import videos to gallery from download folder in files app. Only move videos from one app or media players to another and can't import from these apps to. Somebody suggest me a solution. By the way im am on

maybe wrong format?
For an experiment, take a short video clip with your camera and save it to the files app. Then delete it off the camera roll - then try to import it back again from the files app. If you can, it's a file format incompatibility that's preventing you from importing video files found on the web.

A better video player that can play just about anything is VLC

I did as you said and you are right its video format compatibility problem. Actuallyi want to edit some videos with kinemaster, but there is no folder available for kinemaster in files app and not in list of apps when i click on share option. My files are struck in a folder. All i want is to edit videos and kinemaster only pick videos from gallery. Also I move some videos by pc in kinemaster but they didn't show in kinemaster.

Typical iOS BS
What you need to do is import your desired (incompatible) video into ANOTHER video app and then export it from that app to the camera roll. It looks like KineMaster will only allow you to import from the camera roll (app needs to be updated).

There are video conversion apps avail in the App Store that should allow you to import a vid file and export it in another format to the camera roll.
The one I use has been discontinued and is no longer available, but I'm sure there's lots of others.
