I noticed this morning that when I try to install any OFFLOADED app, I get this error:
(pic is just an example sourced from the web)

Now I did get an invoice email this morning with a JPG attachment I clicked on – I clicked it in MAIL app before gmail filtered it as suspicious. When I clicked on the JPG, nothing happened (but not sure if it did something in the background).

When I checked my email on the PC – Outlook also filtered the email as suspicious and disabled it.

Could my iPhone be hacked or is it a coincidence? If the "Unable to Install" is not related to the JPG click, what can I do to fix? I tried restarting, turning off private relay, reset network settings, Wifi & 5G....

Apps from the store, not offloaded, install fine.
