iPhone Unable to install some apps

After upgrading to iOS 13 yesterday and restoring the backup to a new iPhone Pro Max 30% of the apps fail to install via the home screen. Just says “the app could not be installed”. They do install if I click the download link from the AppStore.

Exactly the same thing happening on 2 identical devices.

Anybody else with the issue?

God yes, I have probably 50% of my apps doing this. Frustrating as all heck...

The only way I did it was to go to the App Store, search for the app and click the download button. Tedious beyond belief.

Same problem, came on here to look for a solution.

Manually getting each one from the app store seems to be working.
