Unable to install some apps

I am getting this message when ever i try to install some apps.

Error
Error in script command 1:
InstallApp

first of all, what does it mean
second of all, how do I fix it

EDIT:This is actually happening on a lot of apps im trying to install, so if anyone knows how to fix it id really appreciate it

Edit:reinstalled installer and rebooted and it is fixed
