unable to limit speed in Transmission

I'm using transmission as my primary BT client, and nomatter how i set the speed limit, it is just not affective.
the dl and ul speed will still goes at no barrel.

anyone experiencing same issues?

now it's downloading at 4.11mb/s and uploading at 5.50 mb/s... that's kinda too fast for an hdd i htink

who do you have for ISP? I"d kill to get those speeds.

Not sure why your speed limit isn't kicking in though.

Download is ok, almost the same as AT&T best DSL, but the upload? Doesn't seem possible.
