I did search for a solution to this, with no luck.

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1, and went into Settings>Sounds>Tweet>Buy More Tones so I could have some additional alert/ringtones.

I did purchase a tone, which is less than 10 sec in length, but it does not show up in any of my tone libraries on the phone. It does show up in my iTunes under recent purchases, both on the phone and on my macbook, but no where in my Settings>Sounds locations. Can anybody advise as to where it may be located and why it did not show up? And, when I do try to drag and drop it from the purchased list into the library list, that does not seem to work either.

Thanks in advance!!

Well, upon further review, I figured out that just because you are going to the purchase tone section, does not mean you are purchasing a tone, there are also songs there and they are listed first. Now I have to figure out how to convert the song to a tone that will be useable. Geez, Apple, you could have made it just a little easier...
