Unable to log into NewStand, anyone else ?

I have two magazine subscriptions on my iPad and since I bought my new Air last week and reinstalled all my apps including NewStand I'm not able to access my magazines. At times all I get is unable to connect to itunes at this moment and then when I do ill I get is a constant download paused.

Kinda of Agervating :mad:
