unable to login my regular username..

[Kal-037]

My account I have used for the past 6 or whatnot years is Kal-037. I do a password reset and enter my email but it instead made a new password for this account I'm using now and I don't know how that happened. I tried another email address but never received the reset email in that email account. Again my username is Kal-037... can anyone help me get into that Kal-037 account?
