Unable to open Garageband file after L to SL

So I updated from leopard to snow leopard which, imo has not been beneficial. Neways, all of my garageband projects open but one. This project was the most recent one I've been working on. It contains nothing out of the ordinary. I posted screenshots of the file in finder. Its icon looks different than all of the others so maybe this would tell me what the problem is.
