Unable to organise Apps in iTunes

Guys, I've just installed iOS 5 on my iPhone 4. I did a clean install and then jail broke it.

But now, when I try and organise all my Apps using iTunes - put them into Folders, move them to other pages etc - when I Apply and Sync nothing happens.

I've also tried organising them on the iPhone itself. But if I sync the organised Apps and Folders aren't transferred to iTunes.

What am I doing wrong?

I had that problem last time I JB. I eventually just stopped trying to
synch them to iTunes and just did it on the phone. I had folder enhancer
installed so I figured it was that.

Thanks Armeniandave. I don't have any folder enhancers at all. In fact, bar Lockinfo and SBSettings, I hardly have much at all!

Guess I'll just have to go through the arduous task of doing it straight off the phone

A lot of times if you install any JB app that messes with SpringBoard, it installs something called IconSupport which specifically disables managing apps via iTunes. Check to see if that's the case here.
