Unable to purchase apps from Cydia

Let me start by saying I am new to Cydia, however, I have tried to follow the getting started guides with no luck. When I go into purchase an add I do not see the purchase or identify options on the page. Am I missing something?
 
Never mind

Never mind, I uninstalled the Cydia installer and went to jailbreakme.com to re download the application.
