I don't know what's going on with Apple Maps rating system, sometimes I can rate all places, then sometimes I can't rate all places, even the exact same one. The rate button is gone, I can only see a percentage and it's greyed out.
What's going on here? It applies to all places regardless if I am there or not. It's so inconvenient.
