In short my partners iPhone froze a while back, and following a forced restart, we noted that a rouge email had appeared within one of the three accounts we have set up on it.
This email presents no information other than a date, which reads "01/01/2001", and upon selection of this mail, it highlights the frame but does not navigate you to a message to read. Further still, when selecting any of the delete options, you are unable to delete this mail.
We have the latest OS installed, and have removed and refreshed the accounts within "Mail Accounts" on iTunes, but the rouge mail remains.
I also have an iPhone, with the same email accounts as my partner and do not have this problem.
Any tips and advice would be welcomed.
