Unable to receive FaceTime call

Hello
I recently purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I am experiencing a problem in which a specific contact cannot FaceTime me. My other devices ring fine but not the iPhone and only from one specific contact.
Anyone familiar with this issue?
