I am unable to receive text messages from non-AT&T users. Any text from a friend that has AT&T comes in fine. I tried customer service they couldn't do anything. I put a new simcard but to no avail and I updated the OS on my phone but that didn't work either. Anyone else encounter this issue or have a fix for it?
