Since using vlc player i have found no need for wmp so i dropped it into appcleaner and now i can't empty my trash bin i keep getting errors when i click on empty trash.I keep getting messages (see below) how can i get around this can any one help :confused: i have tried using the option key when deleting but it hasn't worked tho.

One other method to try, close all windows, click on finder at the top of the screen, then on Secure Empty Trash. May work for you, may not. It has in the past for me.

its done something but all im getting is this (see pic) and its just stoped there

I use two small apps to remove stubborn files from the trash. One is called "trash it" and the other is "force empty trash" and they both work well. Just google it for Mac.
