Unable to reply to SMS Text Messages on Apple Watch

Has any other Apple Watch user experienced this problem where there is no Reply button for SMS text messages on Apple Watch? Only the Dismiss button is available? There is no problem with iMessages, both buttons are available for iMessages.
 
Fixed the issue

For anyone that has the same issue, switching off and on iMessage on the iPhone has resolved the problem for me. Now have the reply button for both.
