Hello,
My phone is iPhone 11, iOS 13.6 beta 2.
I had a problem of using the gallery app so I called Apple and I was told to downgrade the iOS version to 13.5.1. Before doing that, I used iTunes to backup whole data of iOS 13.6 beta 2 with encryption. After Shift key restoring iOS 13.5.1, iTunes showed 2 options: set the iPhone as a brand new phone or restore the recent backup. I then realized that the higher version backup can't be restored to lower version system. So I chose "set the iPhone as a brand new phone". Then iTunes automatically back up my phone again (idk if this backup covers the first backup of 13.6 beta 2 data). After that, I Shift key restored the system back to iOS 13.6 beta 2 again. Then I was trying to restore the first backup, but it turned out just restoring the 13.5.1 backup which is empty and only takes up 7GB of the phone. I checked the backup folder on Win10, it shows the size is 71GB, so It must be something wrong with the iTunes.
Anyone can help me solve this problem? Thanks.
