iPhone unable to restore firmware 6.1.3,5.1.1

i have iphone 4 and i m trying to restore firmware 6.1.3 from itunes but itunes stuck on two errors,"verifying iphone restore with apple" and preparing iphone for restore"if i try to restore from start TTS server my windows 7 gives error that."this usb can perform faster"

and if i try to do second method from redsn0w the error comes out apt mismatch ticket,although i have sabe ssh blobs for 61.3 tickets and these tickets are valid

To restore to 6.1.3 use itunes only, if you need to preserve your BB use sn0wbreeze

For restore to 5.1.1 you need full blobs including valid aptticket, you can use redsn0w or ifaith to verify

Don't use Tinyumbrella and TSS server

i have factory unlock so no need to preserve baseband question is that unable to restore from itunes i mentioned these errors on previous post

Use original usb cable different pc and out it in DFU to restore to 6.1.3

Restoring to 6.1.3 with redsn0w won't work as it is not updated for it, the restore to 5.1.1 should work if you have valid blobs

same problem on 5.1.1 mismatch apt tickets on redsn0w and in itunes 1601 error
i have valid tickets for 5.1.1

How did you update to 5.1.1 at the time OTA or via itunes?

If it was an OTA update there will be a missmatch

Is your host file pointing to itunes or cydia?
