For the past few hours (Feb 9 3-6PM EST), I have not been able to use iTunes to restore my iPad. iTunes keeps saying unable to contact Backup Server. I am able to download the IPSW and connect to the iTunes store.
Checked twiiter already. Seen only one similar report, so not sure if there is system wide problem.
Can someone care to chime in?
This is a new iPad. First restore, so I am unsure if there is a hardware issue.
