Hey everyone,

I'm using my 13" MBP for running Windows 7 right now. I'm in Excel 2007 and I'm unable to right click. When I right click the menu pops up with the options that are usually available once someone right clicks, but it disappears after a tenth of a second. Any idea what's causing this?

Update: This also happens in Word 2007. It works fine in the OS as a whole; I have no troubles right clicking on the desktop to change wallpaper, create a new folder, etc...

Any ideas?

Right Click in Excel 2007 under Boot Camp and WIndows 7

I know this is an old thread, but I had the same problem with right clicks in Excel 2007 working with my MacBook Pro 17" under Boot Camp and Windows 7.
After trying unsuccessfully even to edit Windows register keys, I was even considering buying a regular mouse to solve the problem.
However, I stumbled on two very simple solutions that worked on my machine:
The first one was to invert the functions of the buttons on Control Panel. It worked, although it felt a little awkward.
The second one was even simpler: Use three fingers on the touchpad instead of two. My touchpad responded very well to both solutions.
I hope this helps the next guy (or gal) that looks desperatly for a solution to keep working and finishing his (or her) work within schedule.
Good luck!
