macOS Unable to see 'I' cursor in in Xcode 6

I'm using a near black background in Xcode 6 on both my iMac and rMBP and on my rMBP, I can't see the cursor since it's black on black. On my iMac, it recognizes it and gives the cursor a white outline. How can I change it so the cursor is actually visible on my rMBP?
