Unable to Select Specific Characters when Editing Title in Reminders

Anyone else facing this issue, I'm unable to using my finger to select specific characters when editing the title of a reminder in the Reminder app. When pressing and holidng, instead of bringing up the magnifier and cursor view it basically does nothing and when you move your finger it moves the entire reminder.

I checked both on my ipad and iphone running iOS 11.0.1.

Tried it and yes, it thinks that you want to move it. There is still two ways to do it. Either 3D Touch the keyboard (if you have a compatible device). Or when trying to bring up the magnifier, don’t wait for it to appear before moving your finger. Just tap and hold and move your finger. It will appear a second later. Seems like a bug
