unable to send/receive texts with new iphone 4s

I upgraded my 3gs to the 4s today and now I am unable to send/receive texts. Anybody else having this issue, or have an idea to fix it?

I am having the same problem. I also went from a 3GS to the 4S. I went to my carrier's website (AT&T)
and discovered that I have no text plan on my account. This must of happened when I ordered my new phone. I will call them tomorrow to fix it. Check your text plan.
