unable to set up custom wallpapers in iOS b3?

I just installed iOS Beta 3 yesterday and today I tried to set up a custom wallpaper and discovered that it wont change from the default water drop one (although I love it and its my default wallpaper anyway). Anybody is having this issue?

Go through settings… Wont work from photo.app...

i also have this problem.i'm putting it from the settings and then it's still the same wallpaper.When i reboot it it still the same but when im putting it again it works

No problem here changing the wallpaper through the settings>>wallpaper but setting them through photos does not work!
