Unable to set up new MBP

Just turned on my new 14” MBP. Not only dies time capsule say ‘no volumes found in backup,’ there’s no option to set up as new without restoring from backup. I’ve NEVER had this problem before.

Weird. As soon as launched this thread, it found the volume. Annoying.
