Unable to share health data with other I phone users

Hello any one facing such issue, that Unable to share Health data with any other i Phone Users.

My phone is 16 pro MAX. and OS 26.0 now, earlier 18.6.2 in both cases its not working.

eralier I have 13 , in that its working fine. after changing it to 16 Pro max its not working ..
Does any one have similar issue.
And at the same time I have Watch 8 , in which also Earlier I am able to share Health data , but now in watch also its not working ..

My main motive of sharing my Health data to my Doctor. As i have multiple problems. my Doctor wanted to track and check my health data . Based on that he is will plan my treatment.

But now i am really in Critical condition ...

Can any one have any Suggesstion to resolve this issue.


I am a beta user. I reported this in feedback app , but there is no response for this . all other tickets I got update ..

Please suggest me if any one have any Idea how to overcome this case ..

Does any one help in above case .. Its creating lot of problem in my case. Earlier I used to have iphone 13, at that time it was working ,after changing the phone to 16 Pro max its not working.. not understanding where exactly it went wrong. from Watch 8, still I am able to share , only with Phone not able to share ..

my watch now with I OS 26.2

It showing , Unable to share Health Data with Contact name . He does not have a device that can view your data. Fortunately , he is also using I phone 16. with I OS 26.2.

I don’t and haven’t used Health data sharing, so I’m just going based on research.

You said Health sharing was working in the past, but perhaps iOS 26 is a bit more stickler about how things are set up. One of the supposed solutions I found was:

Hey ! So I spent an hour on the phone with apple support and finally got a solution . From the contacts app u have to add the persons iCloud email to their number and save it under iCloud instead of home email. Restart your phone and try sharing it again. Took a few hours but worked for me !

Another, definitely more tedious, process was to basically switch off iMessage and FaceTime, restart your iPhone, then re-switch on both iMessage and FaceTime.
