Unable to subscribe to podcast

I am running the latest version of iTunes. Recently, I have noticed several podcasts have unsubscribed without warning and when i attempt to subscribe nothing visible happens. Using a packet capture tool I notice traffic to a server but no errors.

At this time I have at least three podcast subscription like this, all are the same, currently unsubscribed and I am unable to subscribe.

Thoughts?
