iPod touch Unable to sync, Help!! Help!! Help!!

Recently, I formatted my system but before formatting I unauthorized my system on itunes in order to get access again.

Now, after fomatting and installing windows again. I authorized my system successfully. I can now download apps and everything but the peak problem is now, I can't sync my ipod touch with my computer. When I click sync, it shows step 1 of 1... rather it has to show three steps in order to install the downloaded app/game.

Please Help!!
