Unable to sync photos via itunes to iphone @sierra

Hi,

on macOS Sierra 16A313a with iTunes 12.5.1.21 and final iOS10 I can sync my music, but I'm unable to sync my photos from Photo App. It doesn't show up anything to choose instead of folder "Pictures". Any hint or possible a bug related to PB?

FIX:

Never had this before 10.12 so how to fix:
- close itunes
- start photo app
- Photos -> Setting -> "Use as default systemmedia" (may differ; using German as primary language)
- start itunes again

- start itunes again

"Use as System Photo Library" in English versions. That being off can also cause problems with iCloud Photo Library.
