Unable to take off Reserve Power?

Once I put my watch into power reserve mode, it won't allow me to take it back out without holding the friends button until point of reboot. This happens all the time, no matter what charge it has.

It's really frustrating, can anyone help? I've searched around but to no avail.

It has been answered several times, and if you search Apple support website, instead of search everywhere else other than Apple support website, you would find following link:

Turn off Power Reserve
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo and wait for your Apple Watch to restart. You might need to charge your Apple Watch first.

As indicated above, rebooting is required for getting out of power reserve mode, but why are you putting it in this mode all the time? Do you normally work double shifts and are unable to charge your watch daily/nightly?
