I had to update my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the 13.1 beta 4 so that I could restore from my backup that had also been created on beta 4 on my old iPhone. When I did this a couple bugs were readily apparent, such as the live wallpapers were missing and I could not take Portrait photos. After today’s release of the public version of 13.1, I now have the wallpapers back, but still can not take Portrait Photos.
The Portrait Photo bug lets me see the effect of the portrait photo before I take the picture but the new photo does not have the portrait effect applied. Also strange, if I take a portrait photo with the Natural Light effect, it does work and I can edit the photo and apply all the other Portrait effects I’d like. But again, pictures taken with any of the other effects don‘t appear in the resulting photo. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a hardware issue ?
