Unable to unjailbreak my iPhone

I've looked around at other sites, some of them saying that I should click Restore on iTunes that can be found in the summary of the iPhone. So I click it, it starts to load, asks if I want to backup my phone, and the rest of it. Once that part is done, my phone is meant to automatically restart itself, and then the jailbreak is gone, but my phone doesn't do that, it doesn't turn off

Does anyone know why this is?????

I have other issues with syncing my iPhone into my iTunes, with iTunes saying that there may be something wrong with my connection settings, or I may have the wrong one, but I've never had this issue before...
