After the latest update my Watch will not unlock Mac. I went to System Prefs -> Security and Privacy to "Allow" then I get a message "Your Mac must be signed int to iCloud". I am always signed in to iCloud. What's the deal??

i have the same issue from several time, the issue is the following: connection wireless is too leak to unlock with apple apple watch. Until mac os 12.3 i haven't any problem.

Too weak thing I see every once in a while, but OP problem, might want to try these steps.

There are a number of threads with these steps (worked for me a couple of years ago).
i have done this solution more time, but the problem doesn't solved. I try to reset wifi preference etc, but the issue is there about 2/5 that tha mac unlock with apple watch. Before the two last update i haven't any problem

I followed all the steps except I just deleted all EXCEPT the most recent of each file. It worked.
