iPhone Unable to update from Beta to Final?

So I've been running the Betas since day one, and am getting no prompt in either Settings>General>Software Update, or via iTunes. I downloaded the IPSW and tried to install manually and I get the message: "The iPhone could not be restored because the firmware file is incompatible."

Can anyone help? Do I need to reinstall 6 and start fresh?

Edit: Never mind. Managed to install the GM manually it looks like.

You need to use the IPSW.
It seems to me like you've downloaded the wrong IPSW file for your device.
